When a DHgate spreadsheet link stops working.

A catalogue link can be unavailable, blocked or point to a listing that no longer matches its original label. These situations need different checks. A successful page load alone does not prove that a source entry is still accurate.

First, record the row ID

Open View details in the DHgate spreadsheet catalogue and note the DH-number, product name and purchase URL. Keep the date and what you observed. The row ID identifies the entry even when several rows share the same name or link.

If the page will not open

Check that your connection and normal browser access are working. Read any message the marketplace provides. If access is blocked, do not bypass its security or access controls. Mark the result as unavailable or unresolved; a blocked request is not enough evidence to declare a seller permanently closed.

If it opens a different product

Do not pay on the assumption that an unrelated listing will produce the product shown in the spreadsheet. Compare the current title, photos, variant selection and written description. If they do not establish a match, leave the listing and research alternatives.

If only the price or variant changed

Record the current values and the date. Compare the same size, colour, quantity and destination. An imported price may be old even when the link is still useful. Our price guide explains why a source subtotal is not a checkout guarantee.

A useful report includes

Catalogue row ID and the product label.
Destination URL and date observed.
Whether the issue is access, a missing listing, a different product or a changed value.
A screenshot with personal and order information removed, if useful.

Find an alternative without losing your shortlist

Return to the relevant category and remove unnecessary filters. Save candidates with the heart button and compare current listing information individually. Inclusion in this catalogue remains a research lead, not a tested recommendation.
