PRACTICAL WALKTHROUGH · DHGATE EDIT

How to use the DHgate spreadsheet.

The DHgate spreadsheet catalogue combines 622 original spreadsheet rows with additional photo-matched affiliate-export options in a searchable catalogue. You can browse on a phone or desktop without opening a large workbook. Here is how each control works and where you still need to check the seller’s listing.

1. Choose a category or search by name

Use the category buttons for shoes, clothing, bags, accessories, electronics, home, beauty or other finds. Search matches words in the product name or category. A category remains selected when you search, so check the removable filter chips if a search returns fewer products than expected.

2. Narrow the source price

Under Item price, choose under $25, $50 or $100. These filters use the imported item price in USD, before shipping. Entries with an unknown item price are excluded when you choose a price cap. Under $25 means strictly less than $25; it does not mean a delivered total under $25.

The Shipping value available checkbox hides entries without imported shipping information. A recorded shipping value can still be outdated or apply to a different destination. It is not a current delivery quote.

3. Understand active filters

The chips above the results show the category, search, price cap, shipping filter and saved-only view when applied. Remove one chip to broaden the results, or use Clear filters to return to the full catalogue. Sorting changes the order; it does not change the underlying source values.

4. Save a shortlist

Select a heart on a product card, then use the heart in the header to browse your saved finds. Favourites are stored in this browser on this device. They do not reserve stock, create an order or automatically sync to another phone. Clearing browser storage can remove them.

5. Open details before the purchase link

View details shows the row ID, photo, source item price, source shipping and a subtotal when both values are known. Record that ID if the destination looks wrong. Some photos are labelled as reference images; none of the cutouts by themselves establish authenticity or quality.

Use Check listing on DHgate to inspect the current product, selected variant, seller and checkout total. Stop if the destination is unrelated to the catalogue entry.

Common questions

Why are some values unknown?

The imported sheet did not provide every price and shipping amount. Missing information stays unknown rather than being replaced with zero.

Why does a photo show a different colour?

A source photo is not proof of the exact currently available variant. Compare the written selection and seller information before ordering.

Can I stop the moving background?

Use Pause stars at the bottom of the page. Reduced-motion preferences are also respected by default.
